Jeff Mazzarelli

For purposes of control, coordination and continuity, Jeff will manage the project from the pre-construction to job close out. He will visit the project frequently, helping the crews achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives as well as handling challenges that may arise during the construction process. This will include but is not limited to; schedule management, budget and quality of work monitoring, safety, and participation in weekly monitoring and updating.

For the past 30 years, Jeff has been responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously ranging from $50k to $20 Million. He has coordinated and managed the construction and renovation of over 50 golf courses, both public and private facilities. Jeff began with LUI in 1991 as an assistant superintendent, was, and was promoted to a construction Superintendent in 1992. He has a tremendous amount of new construction and renovation experience both domestically and abroad. Jeff has managed the construction of courses across the USA, Malaysia, Egypt and China. He has had the good fortune to work with many leading golf course architects. He is an excellent planner, project leader and communicator and is very skilled working with a diverse project team.

Jeff has expertise in cost estimating, project scheduling and overall project execution. Whether working in the field or from his office in upstate New York, Jeff brings hands on expertise and experience contributing to Landscapes Unlimited’s overall success in the international market.
