"Back-of-House" is where many clubs struggle with a lack of professional expertise.  LMC specializes in getting clubs organized.  We use an Internal Controls Audit to ensure each property is operating efficiently, effectively and safely.  This audit includes evaluation of cash/expenses, inventory, personnel files, receivables and more.  LMC's team in Lincoln provides professional expertise in the areas of Employee Compensation & Benefits, Accounting & Reporting, Tax and Legal, Equipment Procurement and much more.
