Landscapes Unlimited Golf Maintenance approaches each client differently based on the needs of the course. We do not have a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, we work with each prospective client to determine the budget goals and conditioning required. From there, we develop a custom plan that covers everything from equipment purchases to cut-heights.

Agronomists work hand-in-hand with your club leadership and superintendent to troubleshoot problems, plan annual agronomic programs and provide guidance for capital improvement projects. We invest in R&D to stay at the forefront of the latest technology giving you access to tools and treatments that few courses can afford in-house.
We will improve the efficiency of golf course maintenance operations by 15 percent or more, which allows our clients to enjoy substantial savings while seeing more consistent and better course conditions.
Golf course superintendents get one-on-one support from our agronomist, operations experts, and administrative personnel, as well as ongoing training to ensure they meet the short- and long-term goals of their course consistently year-over-year.
The existing on-site crew transitions to become part of the LUGM team. We provide training to help the crew develop professionally and master our operating programs and philosophy while furthering their course goals. We also manage all safety operations, including training and compliance.
Your needs dictate our approach to golf course equipment sourcing. With some partners, we provide the golf course maintenance equipment; with others, the club provides the equipment. LUGM also provides all materials needed to maintain the course, and because of our large-scale purchasing, we pass the savings on to the client
