Over the past two weeks, we’ve been fortunate to have a front-row seat to see how our golf courses and private clubs are thinking outside the box. Below are four great ideas that have been used to adapt the club food and beverage experience to the COVID-19 pandemic. Check out a few of our favorites below and let us know on social media what your facility is up to amongst our new norm.
Bull Valley Golf Club /// Essential Grocery Lists
Though Bull Valley Golf Club is not currently open to their membership, they’ve found an interesting way to be there anyway. At the beginning of each week, an Essential Grocery List is sent out to their membership, including items such as fresh vegetables, fruit, various meat options, & even rubber gloves. Allowing the club to be there for their membership, neighbors, and community during this difficult time.
The Players Club Golf & Country Club /// Curbside To-Go
The team at The Players Club has worked together for a number of years, establishing the culture and loyalty of their membership base. It’s not surprising that even through these different times, not only have they maintained weekly specials & features, they’ve even brought back a few member favorites! From Sunday Brunch to Friday Fish Fry’s, the Players Club is not missing a beat with their offerings.
The Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club /// Facebook Live Entertainment
What do you do when you have pre-booked live entertainment at your facility? In Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club’s case, you provide your members with the same experience, just from their home! When hosting a Facebook Live concert of Shannon Runyon, Jeremy Ranch exceeded 1,000 views & provided home entertainment for their members, community, & large social following from across the globe.
Butler’s Golf Course /// Virtual Cooking Class
The team at Butler’s Golf Course isn’t slowing down! With a popular curbside service, their staff is showing up and ready to help. Chef Al Steele recently hosted a virtual cooking class with tips on how to make the perfect burger at home. Though restaurants may be closed, we can still be there for our guests at home!
